PTSA meetings will normally be held on the second Tuesday of each month from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.  Locations will be announced through the Overlea High School auto-call system and via emails to the PTSA membership roster.  If you are not receiving emails as a paid member, please notify the PTSA at

For all who want to celebrate a graduating Overlea Senior in the Class of 2020, yard signs and banners are available for purchase through PTSA.

 Senior Banners

  • 24"x18" Yard Sign = $20 each (includes the sign and the metal H-frame to stick it in the ground)
  • 3'x5' Banner = $45 each (includes either grommets for hanging or stakes for ground install)
  • COMBO deal of Yard Sign + Banner = $55 total for both


Please email the PTSA email @ with the info below based on the example.  Our bulk order goes in Wed 5/27 at noon, and the signs will be available for pick-up at Overlea HS on Sat 5/30 from 10am-11am.

Chocolate Fundraiser

The PTSA will begin a continuous campaign with WFC (World’s Finest Chocolate) effective 5/15/2020.  This campaign will run throughout the school year with each month’s revenue dedicated to different purposes (Dance, Performing Arts, Band, AVID, Student Government, etc.)

Our annual Jody’s Popcorn Fundraiser will begin late October 2020 and run through the first week in December.  This is one of our major efforts during the year to support After-Prom Party, Perfect Attendance Awards, Student of the Month Awards, and other student incentives throughout the year.  We are counting on everyone to enthusiastically participate so we can reward our students for doing the right things.  Our goal is to sell 1,000 total bags of popcorn which would raise over $3,000 in funding for various projects.

We are happy to announce Chick-fil-A PTSA day!  Throughout the school year, Chick-fil-A representatives from our partner franchise in Nottingham Square on Campbell Boulevard will be at Overlea High School after dismissal selling sandwiches.  The day of the week will be solidified prior to the school year and will most likely be either Tuesday or Thursday.

Annual membership dues are $12.00 for parents & faculty, $8.00 for students, and $25.00 for businesses.  Membership forms are available at the link below or in the Main Office in the PTSA bin next to the bulletin board where Senior and Junior dues information is posted.
